Notice of Infringement – Claim

An authorized signature of the copyright owner or their representative;
Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
Details of the infringing material to be removed, including the URL for easy identification;
Contact information of the complaining party;
A statement asserting that the use of the material is unauthorized;
A confirmation that the information provided is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Under Title 17 USC §512(f), there are penalties for misrepresentations in an infringement notification. All takedown notices should be submitted through our Contact page via email for prompt handling.

When submitting a claim, understand that we may share your information with the alleged infringer. By sending a claim, you agree to this condition.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material restored. The notice must contain:

Your signature;
A description of the material removed;
A statement that the removal was a mistake;
Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have strict measures for repeat copyright infringers and take the matter seriously. Any violation of our policy may lead to the termination of the account.
